Where/when do I get my shirt?
Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. the day of the event. You can turn in donations and pick up your t-shirt anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.
How do I form a Pack?
Simply go to marchfortheanimals.org to create your Pack page. Click the box in the center of the page that says “Create a Pack” and go through a few easy steps! Once your team page is set up, you can send your Pack link to friends, family and coworkers and ask them to join your Pack!

Do I have to pay to attend? What if I don’t want the t-shirt and I just want to bring my dog for the activities?
The March is our largest annual fundraising event and without it, we would not be able to care for the thousands and thousands of homeless pets that come to our shelter each year. That is why we ask that each person who attends the March either raises or donates a minimum of $40. That gets you entry into the event, along with the March for the Animals, t-shirt and a doggie bandana. Don’t forget, 100% of funds raised goes directly to benefit homeless pets!
Do people have to donate online? What should I do if I receive cash and checks?
Donations can be made online via a credit card or they can donate via cash or check. If your donors wish to mail checks directly to the MD SPCA or you have checks to mail, please include a note that the donation should be applied towards your fundraising page and mail to: MD SPCA, Attn: March for the Animals, 3300 Falls Rd., Baltimore, MD 21211. We will update your fundraising page with the donation once it is received.
You can also drop off your cash and check donations and pick up your t-shirt during the March on Saturday, April 15 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at registration when you check-in.
How can I add my cash and check donations to my webpage so that my thermometer goes up?
The MD SPCA will enter all “offline” donations (i.e., cash and checks). Once we receive them from you (see above), we will add them to your page and you will see your thermometer go up.
Where do I park?
Parking for guests will be in Lot C and Lot A. Lot A will be closed during the hours of 10-11:30 a.m. Please only park in Lot A if planning to arrive before 10 a.m. and leaving only after 11:30 a.m. Click here for directions.

What if I cannot attend?
Walk from home! You can register online as a "cat napper" and use the website tools to raise funds, or use a printed pledge form to raise money. Send checks to:
