for Responsibility Program
Welcome to the Maryland SPCA ReLove Education for Responsibility program. In 2014, ReLove for Animals Inc. launched an amazing educational program like no other program in the Baltimore area providing curriculum for educators to teach their students humane education, accountability and responsibility. The program has served thousands of children in the Baltimore community. Teachers are provided 8 lessons for participating teachers to complete one each month, a t-shirt, bag, 3 to 5 books and an “adopted” stuff dog for their classroom. The lessons are fun, exciting and educational. Each lesson consists of a slide presentation, activities, video, props and retention testing.
Part of the Education for Responsibility programs includes a funded fieldtrip to the MD SPCA where students will receive a lesson, tour of the shelter and time to read to the shelter pets. Fieldtrips are open to grades 1st through 8th. Once you are registered for the program, please contact Katie Flory to schedule your trip. For more information, please contact Katie at Katie@mdspca.org 410-235-8826 ext. 137
To register for the program, please read the Materials Agreement and Non-disclosure Contract 2018 below and complete the registration form.
